The role this is a rare opportunity to work closely with the financial controller, taking responsibility for Corporate Reporting for the Australian region, Management Reports and Cost Centre Analysis and Reporting. Supervising the work another staff member with the potential to manage more.

Responsibilities ownership of day to day operations for multiple cost centres, including cost centre maintenance, recharges/platform allocations, analysis and intercompany, preparation of cost centre budgeting, forecasting and cashflows, reporting of cost centres, including actuals vs budget/forecast analysis and meetings with cost centre managers, ownership of day to day accounting and operational activities for all legal entities within the finance division, maintenance of general ledger, preparation of month end and quarter end reporting for legal entities, including reconciliations, preparation of business activity statements, assist with review of corporate matters.

Experience & qualifications CA or CPA qualified accountant, strong cost centre management and reporting knowledge, management reporting compilation and presentation building, strong financial reporting knowledge, understanding of statutory financial reporting and of legal entities, analysis of result variances and data.
