Administration Manager Gravity Zone location Melbourne. Salary $60,000 - $64,999 Pro rata. Gravity Zone is a large indoor Entertainment Venue specialising in motion centred fun. The largest venue in Australia houses over 180 trampolines, a huge labyrinth three level laser tag arena, a brand new multilevel under five-year old playground and state of the art Virtual Reality simulator. We are looking for a talented, hardworking administration manager. The role will suit someone who can demonstrate a track record of success with the following management experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, payroll tax, bas, staff rostering, daily cash/banking reconciliation, financial reporting, supply chain, procurement and process management, excellent people skills with a particular focus on fostering good habits in other staff, a can-do attitude with a record of implementation of new technology and procedures, do it right first-time attitude, ability to get things done on time and in full, diligent, intelligent, hard-working, someone who is particular and pays attention to detail, the role will suit a self-starter, keen to make their mark on a progressive organisation. Experience in Xero, Deputy and a good understanding of POS systems including a technical background in software packages will be an advantage.  A relevant qualification in book keeping, accounting or similar will also be highly regarded.
