Leasing Assistant and Admin sqm Real Estate location Sydney. SQM  is a dynamic commercial real estate agency that specialises in proactive asset management and commercial sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties in the Sydney metropolitan area. We are currently seeking a personal assistant for the director key responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting leasing, p.a & admin, data entry, property advertising, assist with preparation of lease documents, database management, ability to multitask and prioritise. Suitable applicants would need to demonstrate a friendly, welcoming and positive attitude, be well organised and have a proactive approach, punctual attendance, have good comunication skills, is competent using microsoft office programs and data bases, real estate certificate of registration, current drivers licence and car.
