Accounts Payable Officer Appreciating Recruitment Group location Sydney. Salary Up to $60K+Super Pro-rata. An exciting and sought after role has become available for a hands on and experienced Accounts Payable Officer who thrives in a fast paced and busy environment. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will see you take complete ownership of the end to end function of accounts payable and look after daily entering invoices and purchase orders, matching, batching and coding of invoices, seeking invoice approvals and following up as required, processing payment runs, inter-company reconciliations, month end reporting, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders daily, foreign currency payments, processing expenses and reconciling credit card statements, maintaining accurate document control and ledgers. The successful candidate will present with previous solid experience working in an end to end accounts payable position processing a high volume of invoices and inter-company reconciliations, experience using a large erp system or automated processing system, intermediate to advanced excel skills, exceptional communication skills on both a verbal and written level, the ability to multitask and work in a busy and fast paced environment, please note a car will be required for this position with onsite parking available, school hours are an option for this position.
