About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday.

As a Journey Educator, you’ll help create an environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired. You’ll build strong relationships with families and colleagues while contributing to programs that reflect children’s unique strengths, needs and interests.

Maintaining a safe, high‑quality environment
Facilitating engaging learning experiences
Observing and documenting children’s development
Planning meaningful, age‑appropriate activities
Collaborating with your team to create a positive, supportive environment

About You

You’re a dedicated educator who thrives on creativity, teamwork, and making a real impact in children’s lives. You value connection, communication, and building trust with families.

What You’ll Bring

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised) or higher
Experience delivering age‑specific programs and routines
A valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
