Orientate, train and develop new employees, manage an efficient team of kitchen and service staff, ensure daily opening/closing duties in the outlet are properly executed, manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities, execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors, able to lead a team & resolve issues when required, customer service oriented, at least 2 years experience in f&b managerial experience leading a team, commit 6 day work week, nitec/diploma in f&b management or equivalent.
