About the role due to our continued growth we are seeking a property manager to assist our high performance team in managing a portfolio of prestige properties. Key tasks include prestige portfolio property management, develop lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, organising repairs and maintenance, conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections for your portfolio, proactively conduct rent reviews and lease renewals, accounting, bank reconciliation and data entry, assisting trust accountant with eom, process applications, manage tenant enquiries and inspections. The ideal applicant will have outstanding organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise. Applicants must be fluent with Microsoft Office and at least one of the major online trust account software systems (e.g Property Me or Property Tree etc).
