House and Land Sales Executive P3 recruitment location Sydney, Parramatta and Western Suburbs. Salary OTE $200k. A rare opportunity has now become available for a highly motivated and experienced House & Land Sales Executive to take their division to new heights in 2020. As the sole house and land salesperson, you will be handed every incoming lead and oversee the launch of a state-of-the-art master planned development in Sydney's North West. The position in the role of house & land sales executive your key responsibilties will include but not be limited to meet and greet customers at the sales office and display home inspections, conduct site visits and present vacant land to prospective purchasers, respond to buyer enquiries/incoming leads and qualify prospective buyers, oversee the full sales process for land and off the plan homes, attend appointments with vendors, buyers, solicitors and developers, coordinate and prepare marketing collateral for house and land packages, build and maintain a database of warm leads. The person the ideal candidate for the role of house & land sales executive will have a strong background in real estate house and land sales is essential, current nsw certificate of registration or real estate licence, incredibly hungry, tenacious and driven to exceed set targets/kpi's, first class communication and relationship building skills, must be a self-starter who has the initiative to work autonomously, impeccable personal presentation, valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
