Customer Service Representatives Destro location Auckland. $30 – $32 per hour.

Position overview we are looking to hire 2 Inbound Customer/Sales Representatives by the end of February. These roles will be responsible for engaging directly with customers and managing retailer relationships, contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

Key responsibilities b2c assist customers with inquiries and provide high-quality service to ensure satisfaction. B2B manage relationships with retailers, helping them navigate our products and services.

Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer or retailer concerns. Collaborate effectively with the current client team, ensuring smooth communication across departments. Support sales objectives by identifying opportunities and maintaining strong customer/retailer relationships.

Ideal candidate attitude Positive and proactive with a strong customer-oriented mindset. Team Player Able to work harmoniously with the current client team. Language Skills Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin (Cantonese) or any other Asian language is a plus. Consideration will also be given to applicants with proficiency in Hindi, Māori, or other relevant languages.

Professionalism Comfortable working in a semi-professional role with a corporate-casual dress code. Availability Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with working hours of 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm. One hour and 30-minute break time during the day. Contract Initially, a 3-month trial period with potential to extend to a 12-month contract based on performance.
