About the role Nolan and Lu Lawyers' are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team in Hamilton. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal representation and dispute resolution services to our diverse client base. This is a role for Civil-litigation lawyer. We regularly act for clients contractual disputes, relationship property disputes and liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings.

What you'll be doing conducting legal research and analysis to support the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and other legal submissions. Representing clients in court proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and litigation hearings

Collaborating with clients to understand their legal issues and develop effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes. Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for minimum 3 years' experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably in a commercial and contract law setting. Demonstrated ability to research, analyse, and interpret complex legal information.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present arguments effectively. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Practical mindset. Someone who enjoys working a in supportive and positive firm culture, with a good sense of humour.
