Youth Worker Bishop's Action Foundation location Taranaki. $60,000 – $70,000 per year depending on experience.

The role will be responsible for providing care and support to the taiohi (young people) living at Manna residential home and supporting delivery of Manna's youth transition programme. This includes supervising and caring for the taiohi.

Facilitating assessment and intervention for the taiohi, and their whanau/caregivers. Delivering and creating programmes for the taiohi. Contributing to funding applications. Working with the manager and leadership team. Supporting the daily running of the home. Collaborating with local iwi, external agencies and key community stakeholders.

The role will also contribute to the overall Manna culture by attending community dinners, whanau nights, etc. These may be outside the main scope of standard hours.
