Account Manager - Market Intelligence Neilson Research Executives location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Salary $95,000 - $109,999. They do this by helping businesses track industry trends and gain a better understanding of their customers in order to get the right products in the right places for the right people at the right price. About the role as an account manager in the food services team you will be responsible for providing market insights and maximizing opportunities to further drive your clients' business objectives and help them understand consumer market trends and opportunities. Your duties will include preparation and presentation of market research findings to high level decisions makers incorporating industry and client knowledge into your in-depth analysis, using consumer panel data, providing actionable recommendations to client leadership teams to help them grow their business and gain market share, developing strategic business insights regarding the clients' most important business issues/needs, managing the contract negotiation process with clients in order to achieve and exceed revenue objectives, partnering with cross-functional departments and teams to ensure success for the business, supporting the production process for the australia database as well as generating client deliverables. Skills and experience the ideal candidate will have the following 5-7 years' experience in a similar role with experience in client services and account management, you have a good knowledge of consumer panel research data and the ability to analyse quantitative research and provide customer oriented insights, strong industry knowledge specifically in food will be a definite advantage, you are able to conduct engaging and impactful presentations that deliver value to clients while telling a compelling story in a concise manner to a diverse audience, you are eager to take up commercial challenges coupled with a high level of client servicing and account management, with a collaborative approach to work, you are able to build solid relationships with apac teams; and have the ability to network in the professional and industry environment, overall we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person with a real passion for the foodservice industry,strong knowledge of excel and powerpoint, commercially-minded and able to assist in generating further revenue & meeting kpi's, candidates must be a permanent resident or citizen of australia.
