Drivers and Operators Roading and Building Recruitment location Gisborne.

The gig we are looking for multiple skilled drivers and operators for a 2 year long project in Gisborne. In this role you will be responsible for operating a wide range of plant and equipment on various roading sites. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a huge project in the region with secure hours and ongoing work.

Key responsibilities perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on assigned vehicles and equipment. Drive and operate machinery, plant and equipment in a professional and safe manner.

Safely drive trucks to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites. A degree of physical work will also be required so you must be willing to jump out and help on the ground where required.

The goods excellent starting rate. Accommodation allowance (If travelling). Up-skilling and training on offer. Own to earth, hard-working team. Big project and big hours – 2 years of secure work. Full PPE provided.

You will be successful if you have the experience we’re looking for and are ready to jump into a friendly, supportive team – we want to hear from you! You will be successful if the following sounds like you NZ Driver Licence full class 2 at a minimum (class 5 highly desirable). WTR endorsements.

At least 2 years' experience in a civil driving/operating role have your own reliable transport. Be Health and Safety conscious. Can pass a drug screen.
