Who are we copeland Ashcroft is a dynamic legal practice with offices throughout New Zealand, providing specialist workplace law (covering employment, health and safety and immigration) services to our existing and growing client base.

What is the role we are seeking a lawyer (minimum 2 years PQE) to join our Tauranga team, full time preferred but flexibility is possible if desired. Relevant workplace law experience is preferred, but if you have a legal advocacy background, along with excellent analytical skills, time management, communication and client relationship skills and are able to work both independently and as part of a team, then we want to talk to you.

With support from all offices, you will provide a wide range of workplace law services including legal representation, advice on the interpretation and application of employment, immigration and health and safety law and support for employers through some challenging situations in mediation as well as the Employment Relations Authority and courts. As a valued member of our team you will play an important part in client relationship management, mentoring junior team members, and business development.
