About us Team Bob Qin - Barfoot & Thompson (No. 1 overall in Barfoot & Thompson 2022 & 2023 & 2024) is seeking a full-time Team Coordinator (Marketing) with exceptional organizational skills to assist the team in our Milldale Team Office. Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly disposition.

Job Description & Key responsibilities we are seeking a highly motivated Team Coordinator (Marketing) to handle various digital marketing tasks and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for create, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (including social media, email marketing, and online advertising) to promote properties.

Capture professional photos and videos. Write compelling promotional content and design engaging marketing materials that capture attention. Do Open Homes and work on weekends, providing support for marketing and customer engagement.

Develop and manage after-sales marketing strategies, including customer follow-ups and relationship building to drive future business. Stay informed and knowledgeable about local properties, and be eager to continuously learn about the real estate market.

Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve. Collaborate with the team to build a consistent brand image across all marketing channels, ensuring a professional and recognizable presence in the local market.

Qualifications excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work weekends. Experience in real estate marketing is a plus. Permanent resident or NZ citizen. Good people skills.
