Coordinator Regulatory Learning and Practice. Salary: $62,342 - $86,365 pa (pro-rata), with a midrange of $71,539 pa (pro-rata), Wellington. About the role the Coordinator Regulatory Learning and Practice will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders and will provide administrative assistance, coordination, and support to the Regulatory Learning and Practice team.

This is a permanent part-time position based at Wellington National Office, with the opportunity to discuss how the 20 hours per week are worked. The salary range is $62,342 - $86,365 pa (pro-rata), with a midrange of $71,539 pa (pro-rata). The starting salary will be based on the knowledge, skills and experience you may bring to the role and relativities across the organisation.

What we are looking for previous experience in a co-ordination role within a learning environment (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and information management systems and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer oriented and be able to engage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and the ability to identify improvement opportunities. Strong sense of confidentiality. Time management and organisational skills. Self-motivated, collaborative, independent and agile. Capability to work with SAP SuccessFactors (Learning Management System).
