Job Description We are seeking a versatile and proactive Office All-Rounder with a focus on accounting tasks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and accounting duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate is solely responsible for all reception/administration/office duties and reports to the Director.

Responsibilities managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner. Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings. Maintaining office supplies and equipment. Providing administrative support to team members as needed.

Handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable , including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation. Responsible for payroll processing each fortnight and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Provide IT troubleshooting and support to the team as required.

Requirements proven experience in an office environment, with a focus on accounting tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with accounting software (Xero - Essential). Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Commitment to payroll requirements each fortnight.
