Crew Support Officer Sydney Trains location Sydney. We have multiple exciting opportunities for Crew Support Officers (CSO’s) to be a part of our Flemington team within the Train Crewing & Support Directorate. Reporting to the Shift Manager this position plays a key role in providing support to crew and the Train Crew Assignment Centre. As the Crew Support Officer you will be responsible for attesting drivers and guards on and off duty and providing administrative assistance and support such as Crew timesheets, ensuring Train Crew receive correspondence such as circulars and safety critical information, and monitor train crewing equipment such as on-train radios, batteries and other emergency stores. You will have the ability to perform in a team environment, possess high level communication and engagement skills and an ability to perform basic administration tasks. To be successful in the role you need to be able to work a 24/7 rotating roster with moderate levels of overtime. We have two permanent roles available with one line on the roster requiring shifts be performed at Mortdale Depot. For more information on this position, view the role description here.
