Plan International Australia is seeking an experienced, hands-on L2 Systems Administrator to perform day-to-day maintenance of IT infrastructure, including installations and upgrades, routine automation, security maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and technical support to all users and work on a range of infrastructure projects. You will have excellent customer service skills, broad technical hands-on experience and excellent attention to detail. Candidates must have essential qualification in it/networking/cloud technologies or demonstrated experience in a similar role, strong experience in administrating windows servers, active directory and windows 10 desktop operating systems (apple macs desirable) managing wsus patching and imaging, strong experience in office 365 suite administration, strong experience in sharepoint and in supporting sharepoint business application, demonstrated experience in providing advanced technical support and systems administration in a help desk/service desk environment including remote support in line with itil standards, basic experience in administrating network devices including switches, routers and firewalls - hp switches and fortigate firewall preferred, create and maintain systems documentation and reports, maintain hardware and software standards, and undertake projects as needed in order to upgrade to new and/or improved infrastructure and procedures, experience in administration of security on it infrastructure, backup/restore. auditing and remediation of deviations from standard norms, strong experience in managing antivirus deployments, understanding of cloud infrastructure (azure – preferred), experience in vendor management, desirable,  vendor certifications (microsoft, fortigate, cisco, itil), administration of voip systems desirable.
