Advisor Contact Centre – 20 hours per week Tauranga City Council location Bay of Plenty. $60,000 - $67,600.

About the role as an Advisor Contact Centre, you are the first point of contact for enquiries received through Council's Contact Centre. You will be providing exceptional customer service to the community, whether it's a kōrero over the phone, responding to emails, or even answering social media enquiries.

The hours for this role are: Wednesday and Thursday 4.45pm - 11.15pm, Friday 10.45pm - 7.15am. There is an initial training period prior to commencing regular hours for this role, training will take place in February 2024 and will be approx. 6 weeks, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.

What you'll need to succeed to succeed in this role, you'll bring minimum of 3 years work experience, preferably in a customer service environment. NCEA Level 3 or University Entrance equivalent.
