Seeking an experienced, energetic and self-motivated Accounts Officer to join a fast-growing services company on a contractual basis. You will be supporting the CFO from an AP/AR/Administrative perspective.

Your day-to-day processing all accounts payable invoices and preparation of payments to Terms. Ensuring the Delegated Authority Parameters are adhered to corporate credit card and expense claim management. Customer invoice creation and management of collections.

Bank Reconciliations. Debt facility reconciliations. Up to date filing of all accounts’ documentation. Review and update of all supplier and customer Master Data including bank detail validation. Ensuring received Tax Invoices are ATO compliant.

Management of Group accounts email address. Project costing reconciliations. Month end accruals and balance sheet reconciliations (eg:intercompany). BAS & PAYG preparation and lodgement. Coordination of archiving and office filing activities. Reception duties including mail, deliveries, visitor welcome and parking coordination. Other general office and accounts duties such as tenancy matters.

Who you are strong full-function Accounts Payable experience. Intermediate with Excel. Working understanding of Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statements. A solid understanding of reconciliation principles across bank, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
