Collections Registry Officer Ministry of Justice location Auckland. $56,729 to $78,441.

The opportunity as a Collections Registry Officer, you will be helping customers to resolve their fines and other civil matters through professional and efficient communication. You will help them with their questions and assist them to get what they need, when they need it. We care about delivering people centred services to our customers and help to provide access to justice for all.

Working hours are across 8.00am - 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. Start date is Monday 18th September - You must be available to start on this date.

Skills and experience to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, quality decision making, be solutions focussed and have personal confidence and resilience.
