My Client is a worldwide recognized logistics organisation and they are seeking a Junior Systems & IT Officer to join their team.

Nature of the role reporting to the IT Manager, the Junor Systems and IT Coordinator shall monitor all daily system and EDI issues that may arise for the business. This includes KPI performance, reviewing business critical reporting, and measuring both system and EDI impact on KPI performance.

Duties monitoring and Managing EDI interface between all parties. Trouble shooting or Escalation EDI Issue. Monitor and track movement and input data. Consolidate EDI issue. Reporting & Month-End monitoring. Escalation of KPI risks and failures. Solve any Discrepancies. Conduct regular reviews of business critical hardware.

About you Bachelor's Degree or similar. Full working rights in Australia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
