Bar Manager or Assistant Manager 46 Johnston location Melbourne, CBD & Inner Suburbs. Salary $45,000 - $49,999. Laundry Bar in Fitzroy is looking for a full-time bar manager / 2IC. Reporting directly to the owners, your main duties will be managing the bar and providing consistent bar service, working alongside owners to maintain a staff training and incentive program, stock control and movement/receiving, comfortable cashing up and locking up a few nights per week, rostering. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to work in and with your bar team during service. We are a small team and working together to make things run smoothly is a must. This is a full time position on a salary, working with a supportive team and within a small group of bars all in Fitzroy. A great step up position for an experienced supervisor or duty manager. Position available immediately. No working holiday visas.
