Chef or Cook Eling Forest Winery location Southern Highlands and Tablelands. $30 – $40 per hour.

We are urgently looking for a Chef/Cook full time *1 x casual to add to our busy kitchen team, and to bring their ideas, creativity and love of good food to the mix.

The role includes food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation. Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils. Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices. Assisting in the creation & presentation of daily & monthly food specials.

Who we're looking for we're looking for candidates with the following attributes. Able to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and public holidays. Experience in a similar role. Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service.  Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
