Receptionist or Office Administrator Auckland Community Law Centre location Auckland.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist/administrator to join our team at Auckland Community Law Centre. ACLC is Aotearoa New Zealand’s oldest community law centre. We are committed to providing access to justice for our clients. Our ongoing commitment is to make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives by helping them navigate their legal issues. Our goal is to build a better Aotearoa New Zealand through the fair application of the law. In this role you will be responsible for (but not limited to) front desk duties answering phones and clearing phone, email and text messages. General Office administration duties. Booking client meetings. Assistance where needed with education programme. Assisting Office Manager on a regular basis. Support and assistance with ACLC Team when needed. Organise mail and couriers. Receipting and banking. Procurement (stationery, kitchen and education amenities, general office amenities).

You will need to have the following experience in a similar role in an office environment. A maturity to handle clients with respect and sensitivity. A “can do” attitude that enjoys being part of a team that supports each other. A full driver’s licence and (ideally) your own car.
