Receptionist or Administration Support TCI New Zeland ltd location Auckland.
TCI New Zealand Ltd is a well established plastics manufacturing Company based in Avondale. We require a Receptionist/Admin Support person assume duties as soon as possible. Working hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Must have own transport.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, friendly person and a team player with a can do attitude. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook). Good typing and data entry skills. An exposure to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions will be an added advantage.
Your main duties are taking customer orders and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner at all times. Order processing and Data entry - training will be provided. Order confirmations. Reception duties and assisting Management as required.
