About us the Baths Middle Brighton, situated on the foreshore, is Bayside's premier eatery and events venue with breathtaking views of Port Phillip Bay and the city skyline. Our Events space Upstairs hosts an array of events from birthdays, mitzvahs, and weddings to corporate events, business breakfast and everything in between.

Our restaurant Downstairs at The Baths is open 7 days a week for all day dining.l Office & events admin support responsibilities general reception - including & not limited to phone enquiries, reservations, appointment bookings.

Face to face customer service. General administration - filing, diary management, typing, advertising signage preparation, printing etc. Stationary ordering. Basic $ reconcilliation. POS system day to day operations & programming.

About you the successful candidate will be a strong all-rounder with experience in Events and Hospitality administration. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter and possess a task orientated mindset. Experience working in a similar role/venue beneficial.

Previous experience working FOH in hospitality a bonus. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, as well as a proven ability to build & maintain positive and productive working relationships. Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills essential.

Advanced experience in MS Office skills and Adobe. Working knowledge of Canva. POS system experience. Mr Yum online ordering app - working knowledge. Excellent multi-tasking, prioritisation skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a small management team environment.
