Based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs we are easily accessible by public transport and have plenty of onsite parking and regular social activities. Your new role managing inbound & outbound calls. Delivering our Red-Carpet experience to customers. Solving problems for our customers.

What you’ll need to succeed strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, upbeat attitude and genuine interest in helping people. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A real supportive team player. The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Being fluent in any other language is a bonus, but not a necessity.

Previous energy industry experience isn't a necessity, but if you do this is an opportunity to build your skills further. Previous experience within a call centre environment is a bonus, but not a necessity.
