Bring your programme support skills to our busy Commercial Products team. Permanent opportunity located in Wellington with flexible working encouraged. Rate of pay is $76,094 + 5 weeks annual leave and a suite of free insurances.

Our role we are looking for a Programme Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the Director and Commercial Products team, as well as coordination, project / programme management, and administrative support for programmes (e.g. KiwiBuild) and projects that originate from the Commercial Products team and other teams as required.

This will require you to have a good understanding of the interdependencies of programmes, projects or work streams in order to be able to manage the needs, expectations, and at times, competing priorities of a wide variety of stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and great coordination skills to take ownership of this position. What you will bring experience in providing coordination support for large and/or complex projects and/or programmes.

Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation. Experience in prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results by taking ownership, using effective self and time management approaches and paying attention to detail.

The ability and desire to collaborate and work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas in both oral and written communication.

Strong capability in Microsoft Windows environment. Demonstrable numeracy skills. A proactive, enthusiastic approach and an ability to work with a minimum of supervision on a day to day basis. Initiative and sound judgement.
