We have some exciting opportunities within our production management teams based in Te Puke, Opotiki and Katikati. These are key roles in our packhouses with competitive salaries aligned to your capability and passion. We have a clear succession pathway if you choose to seek a more senior site management position.

These opportunities are not limited to those with previous experience as we also have entry level positions to help grow and support your development and capabilities. We’re looking for a variety of people who are good communicators with practical thinking, mechanical aptitude and decision-making skills.

Our peak packing season is from March – June where our sheds are in full swing, and all the action is happening. For these four months, we do require flexibility to work extended hours (including weekends), and for our “night-shift” positions, this is the time they work on a night roster.

We need production operators operating and optimising our machinery and processes. Production supervisors operating and optimising our machinery, processes and building leadership skills.
