Then Girl Guides Queensland (GGQ) is your next work team! This new role will support our volunteers to run a wide range of youth and adult events for girls and women. If you’re motivated, efficient and a ‘people person’.

38 hours per week (flexible to meet needs) – contract to 31 December 2023. Salary $50,000 - $60,000 p/a + 10.5% super - dependent upon skills and experience.

GGQ, a membership-based charity, is the largest youth organisation for girls and young women in Queensland with almost 3,500 youth members and 1,000 volunteer Leaders and Adult Members. A small team of staff provide a range of business, administration and member support services to the volunteer organisation.

To be successful in the role you will share our values and be a collaborative and engaging individual. Have demonstrated experience and success in a similar NFP position working with volunteers. Enjoy working autonomously and as part of a team, motivating others to meet KPI’s.

Have strong project management skills to juggle priorities and achieve results. Have strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. Enjoy flexible work hours to fit with your other commitments .
