This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer/Receptionist with a genuine passion for customer service and Reception and an interest in working within a dynamic private health setting.

Key duties and responsibilities for this role include reception duties, appointment scheduling, billing, phone enquiries, general administration duties. Essential criteria strong background in customer service. Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Reliability and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with initiative and as a team member. Excellent verbal communication skills, enthusiastic and a positive CAN DO attitude. Strong computer skills. Attention to detail. Capacity to work the occasional weekend shift.
