The opportunity we are seeking an experienced and dynamic administration professional to join our Native Seed Team to support the administration of seed inputs for projects within Greening Australia and for external sales.
This involves administration for project seed supply. Supporting relationship management. Assisting with Management of external and internal seed supply points. Timely delivery of seed resources.nEffective communication with key stakeholders. Management of seed business administration in relation to Greening Australia operations teams, finance and IT systems.
Key selection criteria methodical and detail oriented with excellent record keeping abilities. Skilled use of excel, word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, show initiative and to work unsupervised.
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Business writing skills. Accessibility to GA Brisbane office (Norman Park).
Desirable criteria current ‘C’ Class Driver’s License. Familiarity with Share Point, Business Central, Nav Dynamics, Clarizen, Power BI. Knowledge of plant nomenclature and Australian native plant species. Ability to read maps. Administration of grant related funding. Understanding of occupational, health and safety, equity and diversity principles and practices.
