The role we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist responsible for managing reception at our Morton Mains site. You are the first point of contact for our office.

You will not only welcome our visitors as they arrive at our site but also answer telephone calls and refer inquiries to the different teams, including those located off site. You will support our suppliers and contractors when they arrive at our site and maintain security by managing our security access.

As well as reception you will assist with general administration for the Sales, HR, Finance and Operations teams. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff.

Conducting general administration duties including answering phones, responding to emails. Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms. Office stationery and stocktake management.

Assist with general day-to-day running of the office. Providing general administration support to our management team including travel bookings and calendar management.

About you professional attitude and appearance. Excellent telephone manner. Ability to deliver superb customer service. High levels of written and verbal communication skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft suite. Experience in working as an active member of a diverse team.
