Companion Animal Receptionist Veterinary Services (HB) Limited location Hawkes Bay.

Vet Services have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time receptionist to join our vibrant reception and customer care team in Hastings. In this dynamic and fast paced position, you will be working as part of a team responsible for the welcoming clients, providing exceptional customer care and ensuring the smooth operation and organisation of the clinic.

We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is passionate about all things pets related, has fantastic organisation skills and can juggle multiple tasks whilst delivering first class front of house customer care.

This is a full time, permanent position with work hours planned around clinic opening hours. Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm, or 9.00am – 6.00pm, and weekends 8.30 – 3.30pm. (Our roster currently has staff working 1 in 5 weekends).

Our ideal candidate would be friendly, enthusiastic and motivated, a great communicator with excellent phone manner, have previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, be passionate about pets and animals, have fantastic organisational skills, and enjoys working within a friendly and team orientated environment, If you tick those boxes then we reckon you’ll fit right in.
