Our role we are on the lookout for a resilient self-starter with a positive attitude to join our Property team! As the Vacant Property Manager, you will be responsible for overall management of repairs of vacant properties so they are able to be re-let within specified time frames.

Operating within a close-knit team built on a high-level of trust, you will be self-managed, reliable and personable, as you work alongside relevant tenancy management, asset management, maintenance delivery, placement teams and Maintenance Partner contractors to ensure that properties requiring vacant repairs will be available for re-letting.

What you will bring proven experience in maintenance management, or property management. Strong relationship management skills. Experience of building maintenance for complexes and houses. Experience in managing effective relationships with contractors. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Comfortable working online systems and applications Ability to understand and apply processes. A current and clean full drivers licence.
