Office Administration Assistant Advance Care VIC Pty Ltd location Melbourne.

Advance Care a market leader in the Nurse Call Systems industry with their innovative life safety communications systems, including IP Nurse Call, RTLS Positional Duress systems, Access Control & CCTV urgently seeks an Office Administration Assistant to work in our Knoxfield Office.  The Applicant will work alongside our current team and provide administration assistance across the business.

An excellent telephone manner is essential with exceptional customer relations and communication skills required with a broad range of clients.  The applicant will be self motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as be a team player who demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in the construction/trade industry is desirable and experience and or fluency in the following will be favourabl xero accounting system, Stock Control, MS Office suite of products, SimPRO enterprise.

Duties may include but are not limited too first point of contact with incoming phone calls. Administration duties (filing, data entry, stock etc). Placing stock orders. Receivals and dispatching Orders. Opportunity to cross train and upskill.

The applicant will be required in the office five days a week Monday to Friday, preferred start time 8.00am we can offer flexible finishing hours if desired. If you like variety, chaos at times have a can do attitude then this position may be for you.
