Interior Designer location Chinatown / Tanjong Pagar, Central. Job Type Full-Time.

Job description develop and establish company SOPs, office standards and standard details. Prepare  design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and  working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and  Contractors. Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors on design and technical matters. Conduct site meetings, site walks for projects under construction. Lead contract administration. Mentoring younger team members.

Job requirements minimum 3 years of project experience in Singapore. Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Experience in residential houses, residential, showflat and commercial interior design projects. Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, VRay/ Enscape. Able to work in a team. Proficient with interior design detailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces. Singaporeans only.
