The Company Joinery Hardware are suppliers of door and window hardware for residential and commercial projects. We are the biggest supplier of hardware for aluminium joinery in New Zealand, we are now looking to increase sales of hardware for all types of joinery to residential & trade customers from our new premises & showroom in East Tamaki.

The position we are looking for an experienced customer services person to join a small team taking care of retail & trade customer inquiries. This is a permanent full-time position with opportunities for advancement to the successful candidate.

Skills & experience you will have an in depth knowledge of door & window hardware for residential & commercial projects. You will be proficient at using Promaster quoting software when required. You must be able to build a rapport and create ongoing relationships with customers through your friendly and helpful personality. Have a strong work ethic and pride in your workmanship. Have excellent computer skills. Hold a clean current Driver’s License and be medically / physically fit. Must have an excellent command of the English language.
