About the role as a Customer Service Officer, you are the first point of contact for anyone entering the centre. It is your responsibility to welcome everyone with a smile and a great attitude. This role is responsible for face to face interactions with customers, answering phone and internet enquiries, responding to and resolving customer queries and providing impeccable customer service from the frontline.
About you to be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills. Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, including the capacity to work effectively in a team. Sound negotiation skills and the ability to diplomatically handle conflict both from staff and customer. First Aid certificate with up to date CPR (or be willing to obtain).
Experience with Point of Sale Systems and ability to learn new software packages. Experience in Retail sales is desirable. Weekend availability is a must. Please note that applicants must be willing to undergo a Police records check and hold or be willing to obtain an employee Working with Children Check.
