We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service person to join our team based at our Christchurch Middleton branch.  Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will have the passion and initiative to deliver high quality service and build excellent relationships with our customers.

About the role providing a high standard of customer service while answering calls and emails. Taking ownership for each customer interaction to ensure continued customer satisfaction. Resolving customer queries i.e.: quotes, discrepancies, ETA etc and providing a solution. Ensure customer orders are reviewed, verified and processed to meet customer and company requirements. Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to our standard.

About you demonstrated experience in a customer service role in a trade or building background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Enjoy a solution based technical product environment. Excellent computer skills and knowledge in Epicor or similar.
