This Government Agency provide robust and timely services to their stakeholders. With locations nationwide, they are responsible for the safety and protection of our marine environment, as well as appropriate search and rescue. Working in a cohesive team environment, the Customer Service Officers are responsible for actioning various customer service requests throughout the Division. Thorough training is provided throughout, with regular support and feedback.

To be successful you will bring demonstrated experience working in a customer driven environment, providing excellence in customer service delivery. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to build rapport with your customers. Good problem solving skills. A high attention to detail, to be organised and complete record keeping and data entry. Ideally, experience in a contact / call centre environment, where you were required to engage with clients / customers over the phone.
