About the business DNV Transport (Qld) Pty Ltd a privately owned transport company operating since May 2011. We specialise predominantly in the movement of Shipping Containers in and around SE Queensland. Our core business revolves around transport of shipping containers but is enhanced with further service offerings to our customers of import/export container packs and unpacks, storage, loose delivery and Import Biosecurity service requirements.

Key duties include but are not limited to excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers, drivers and management. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Be physically fit as the position requires lifting. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Packing and unpacking of shipping containers. Loading and unloading of freight. Keeping warehouse safe, orderly and clean, Forklift operation.

Skills and experience in addition to the above the successful applicant will possess the following attributes high attention to detail and embrace a sense of urgency to meet daily demands. Honesty and reliability. Works well under pressure and meets deadlines. Strong ability to prioritise tasks during the busy periods. Disciplined work ethic. The ability to adapt in varying situations and have a flexible approach.

To apply for this position it is a requirement that you will have the following fork lift licence (current) a must with minimum 1-2 years experience. Reach Stacker licence, highly desirable, willing to train the right candidate to obtain their RS Licence. Current drivers licence and own vehicle. Forklift shipping container experience.
