Job requirements possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher. Principal role must possess a DPL / DECCE -L (Leadership). Possess Excellent communication and Classroom management skills. Should be familiar with ECDA Guidelines & Requirements. Familiar with SPARKS will be a huge plus. Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant childcare supervisory experience.
