Job Type Permanent. Job Position Senior Customer Service Executive. Salary $2700 - $2800 Per Month (Basic Salary First 3 months $2500). Workdays 5 days’ work week, from Mon-Sun (weekday off). Retailing Hours 11 AM - 8 PM / 12 PM - 10 PM [Shift Work 1 Hour Break].

Job scope & responsibilities handle inbound support issues and feedback to customers via chat, e-mails, sms and calls. Basic IT knowledge to Conduct simple troubleshooting and provide accurate advice to customers. Attending to customers on order details & status, follow up, payment arrangements etc. Merchandising Store Display for customer convenience. Attend to Walk In Customer. Any Assigned Duties.

Must-have good standards for written and verbal communication skills (English). Positive & Patience, Basic IT Knowledge, Courteous and ability to provide great customer service. 1 year of experience in a call center.

Beneficial experience understanding of Magento E-Commerce operations. Previous experience in supporting POS software. Able to multitask and perform well under pressure. Knowledge of Zendesk software is a plus point.
