Description
Technical Support Representative or Customer Service Hays Contact Centres location Melbourne. Salary Up to 70k + super + benefits.
Your new company you will work for an electronics distributor in the automotive and electronics industry. The company is an exciting place to work and have seen a lot of growth recently. They work with large global partners and leading brands.
Your new role you will be the first point of call for all customers and partners regarding general and technical support and service of their products. You will process claims, spare parts requests and any technical concerns the customer may have. You will work in a small team managing inbound calls and emails and do some work on social media.
What you'll need to succeed you will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to build good relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds. You will need to have experience working in a Customer Service role in either the automotive industry or for a consumer electronics company and you will need to be able to explain technical information in non-technical terms. Any experience around the installation of automotive accessories would be a bonus.
