Your main responsibilities are follow up with customer inquiries and requests. Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company. Ensure that we help customers to find the best possible hardware for their needs.
Qualifications and qualities must have deep computer hardware knowledge. Customer service centric mindset is a must. Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications. Passion and absolute love for PC Hardware and Software. Experience with customer service is a plus.
