Customer Service Tribe (New Zealand) Limited location Auckland.
About the role this is a reshaped role focused on providing outstanding service to Bevie’s customers. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Bevie New Zealand warehouse team, working closely with your team colleagues as well as other functions in the business such as; sales, procurement and finance. You will also be part of the global Customer Service team and be using advanced systems and processes to manage customer requests and challenges.
You will be an integral part of Bevie and responsible for end-to-end customer service, from order entry to invoice (and helping your customers with everything in between!). This is a varied role, where you will have the opportunity to become an expert in Bevie’s products and use your superb customer service skills to delight their customers.
About you will be passionate about helping others and have exceptional customer service standards. Because you will be working with a range of external and internal stakeholders, the ability to build rapport and be adaptable is crucial. To be considered, you will have at least two years of relevant phone-based customer service experience in a product-centric, fast-moving environment.
You will also have accurate record keeping, attention to detail and good basic math skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Savviness with systems - working knowledge of ERP and/or any accounting packages is beneficial. An analytical and solution focused mindset. Resilience, versatility and an unrelenting work ethic – as you will be working to deadlines and may need to provide back up to other teams. Above all, you will have a genuine interest in helping Bevie’s customers with any questions and challenges they might have and providing them with an exceptional customer experience.
