Efficient operation is at the core of our business. We are looking for responsible and motivated candidates to perform daily operation tasks at aPetMart and eventually be groomed to Operations Manager who will oversees store operations based on good performance.

Job scope follow through the entire order cycle from receipt to final delivery. Check, receive and store incoming inventories. Pack outgoing deliveries in an accurate, timely and orderly manner. Plan & optimize delivery routes. Liaise with delivery team to dispatch deliveries. Answer customer inquiries on orders & delivery. Manage content on e-commerce platforms. Perform administrative tasks on online retail management.

Requirements fast learner who will soon be required to work independently with minimum supervision. Attention to details & organized. Responsible, responsive & committed. Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel. Able to work in a fast-moving environment & efficiently manage tight schedules. Proficient in English with good communication skills. Animal lovers preferred (NO handling of pets is required). No experience required, but a can-do attitude & eagerness to learn is a must. Able to start work immediately.
